Excellent staff. Nice location.

Rooms are quite old and deteriorating.

A super friendly welcome for this short stay. The hotel is very pleasant and well located. Our room was very comfortable and breakfast relaxing with a very good range of choice.

A few aspects in need of refreshing, but very minor. It would be great to be able to have a cold shower!

Location, cleanliness, polite and courteous staff, adequate breakfast. We stayed there on Mother’s Day. Our children who live in other states wanted to get us a cake for the day. Mr. Gonsalves at the reception graciously and thoughtfully offered to arrange one to be delivered to our room as a surprise at his own cost. That was incredibly generous of him. We will remember this gesture of his all our lives.

At the booking price, the facilities in the room could have been better like adequate tea, coffee, sugar pouches, mugs, glasses, bathrobes, fruit or cookies platter.

Cleanliness

Breakfast was rather limiting and struggled to get some hot water for tea and yoguart and musli, not a lot of seating .

Liked the spacious rooms, cleanliness and friendly and helpful staff.

The toileteries in the bathroom were inadequate for this class of hotel. Could have had better quality and things like moisturisers and shower cap. Also could have a better quality of refilling system for water bottles in the interest of using less plastic. When I got refilled bottles, water smelled of chlorine

1. The location is gold here. Step out and walk around the Churchgate cricket ground, the Bombay Highcourt and the India Cricket Club. There's a McDonald's if you walk to the right side of the hotel and Gaylord bakery to the left. Marine Drive with all its plush establishments are just a 5 minute walk away. It's here that you breathe in the true essence of Mumbai. 2. The room was clean, brightly lit, spacious and aesthetically pleasing. It had all the necessary amenities. (I didn't try the wifi). The bed was comfortable. 3. I took the stairs from the 5th floor and observed that each floors guest area was clean, bright and lovely. 3. Courteous staff. All smiles and quite helpful.

1. Their entrance lobby is getting renovated, they said, so I entered through their dining area and it isn't nice looking at all. They should renovate it as well. 2. Their breakfast was below average. The dishes didn't taste nice and fresh and the cupcakes and croissants looked cold, stiff and as if procured from some nearby 5-star hotel's yesterday's breakfast leftovers. Don't pay for a breakfast included package. Instead, take a room here and find breakfast just outside the hotel. 3. The chicken biryani which I ordered came quite late so room service is bad though I must admit it was very late (12 am). Also, it tasted bad and was very expensive at Rs. 650/- for a plate. 4. The lighting in the bathroom is harsh, especially the daylight, with no shades at all.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The room was nice and spotlessly clean, featuring a refreshing rain shower in the bathroom. The elegant decor and cleanliness made for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The breakfast provided a delicious array of options, and the staff was incredibly attentive, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. I look forward to my next visit!

Cleanliness

Spacious and clean room, with basic but good bathroom. Well located at walking distance from Marine Drive and downtown area. Despite its location right next to Churchgate station and a junction with busy traffic, the room (on the backside) was very quiet. Good breakfast. And really friendly staff who will do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Breakfast is excellent. Location is great.

Without luxuries, it is a good hotel because every thing is accurately well done. The room is correct, but the air conditioning doesn’t blow on the bed. The bathroom is not large, but you don’t have to claim for some towel that is missing. The breakfast could be more variated, but every thing has good quality. The staff was kind and helpful, without fake smiles

The rate is a little bit hight for a three star hotel. But the location is excellent for tourist people.

booking dot com process in booking dot com showed 2 + 1 i.e 2 Adult and 1 kid with x price, but in realty after discussion with hotel manager, could understand it is only for 2A with same x price and additional charges for 1 kid required to pay, which we had to pay it additional after discussion with booking dot com, it is saying to give the proof i.e they want the snap of the shown 2A+1Kid. after booking from were we can get it, it is not understanding by booking dot com. so hence forth we need to take snaps what booking dot com is showing while booking because after booking it might change the structure, which it shows we should not believe on booking dot com what they are showing on the screen while booking, to be safer side booking dot com says need to take snaps of what is showing on screen if it gets change to make them confirm and claim for it

The first impression itself was very good. The formalities were done efficiently. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. Finally, the location was probably one of the best possible in Mumbai, very close to Marine Drive from where we watched the Diwali fireworks. A nice walk in the morning at the Marine Drive was very refreshing. Would strongly recommend this to future guests.
